Both, they just need to add the option of skipping the adding. If the consumer is interested, they’ll watch the add, if not then there’s the option of not viewing it. But alas, there is no such thing.

Some do, but it’s only after watching a good 15-20 seconds of the ad, anyway. :T I mean, it’s better than being forced to watch the full 45-60 second ad, but still.
